Dark Horse is a political term which is used to describe a little-known person who seems to emerge from nowhere to prominence.

DHSG (Dark Horse Strategy Group) only works with Conservative candidates to unseat those who have proven not to be conservative.  We search for candidates with the proper values, not the best known individuals (thus the Dark Horse).
